Squishybitess™ currently offers the following squishy products:

• Watermelon Squishy

• Chocolate Squishy

• Butter Squishy

• Croissant Squishy

Product colors, designs, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown due to manufacturing and screen differences.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided, including your name, delivery address, and contact details, is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if there is an issue with product availability, payment, or incorrect order information.

3. Delivery

We offer free delivery, with orders typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delivery delays, weekends, public holidays, or incorrect address information.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and undamaged and remain in their original condition.

A AED 20 return fee must be paid by the customer before the return process begins.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.
